Dear Team,
I received my order today (24th March 2026), and I would like to bring a concern to your attention regarding the quality of the cap.
Unfortunately, the product does not meet the expected standards as shown on your website. The Levi’s logo on the cap is visibly misaligned , tilted and not properly centered. (please check the attached picture)
Additionally, the stitching of the logo appears uneven and lacks the finishing quality expected from your brand.
Due to these issues, I am not satisfied with the product. I request you to kindly review this matter and advise on the possible resolution, whether it be a replacement or refund. Ashraf [****] 03000555603
