Nifty Caps Return Policy

At Nifty Caps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
    • The item must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
    • The cap must not have been worn or altered in any way.
    • Any tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at Info@niftycaps.com or through our contact form with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  • Please include a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Custom or personalized caps (e.g., caps with names, logos, or custom designs).
  • Caps that have been worn or damaged after receipt.

6. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different style or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at Info@niftycaps.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund for defective items.
